AUC Sets Hearing Date

The Alberta Utilities Commission has released information about the next steps of the Heartland Transmission Project's facility application. The application will be heard on November 2, 2010 at 9:00 am at the Edmonton EXPO Centre, 7515  118 Avenue.

The Notice of Application document can be found here; they have also taken out space in the Friday October 8 edition of the Edmonton Journal (pages E10 & E11) with the same information.

Please visit the AUC's website for up to date details regarding the process if you wish to take part in the hearing in November. You must register with the AUC by October 21 if you intend to present your case.
