Heartland Team Ready to File Facility Application

Here is a link to the September newsletter from the Heartland Transmission Project. It really doesn't say very much beyond what's been expressed all along in terms of the preferred and alternate routes and the tower options.

The way the newsletter lays out the information, it appears that there will be two ways to mitigate "the visual impact" of this line along that contentious 20-km section: one being to go underground and the other being to use the monopoles.
